S195柴油机使用元筒形带止推边的主轴瓦,该轴瓦自采用20锡铝合金-钢双金属复合板生产后,普遍存在止推边与筒体结合强度低的问题,严重影响装拆使用质量。我厂在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,将止推边与筒体的联结由原来的铆接工艺改为摩擦焊接工艺,并设计试制成一台MCH-10型摩擦焊机,在1977年1月投入生产。采用摩擦焊接后,该主轴瓦止推边与筒体的结合强度可达3~5吨,比原结构强度提高10倍以上。 摩擦焊接是目前国内外普遍重视的新工艺
