目的:对小儿中枢神经系统感染性疾病脑脊液蛋白含量的变化进行分析研究。方法:随机抽取2013年2月~2014年4月本院病区中枢神经系统感染性疾病患儿75例,其中病毒性、化脓性、结核性脑膜炎者各25例,抽取同期25例非中枢神经系统感染患儿作对照。所有患儿均于入院两天内腰穿采取脑脊液,测定脑脊液中的总蛋白(TP)含量、葡萄糖(GLU)生化指标。结果:中枢感染性疾病患儿总蛋白(TP)含量明显增高,不同疾病增高幅度不同,不同疾病GLU含量差异显著,具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:测定CSF总蛋白(TP)含量对评估颅内感染性疾病病变程度具有重要的参考价值,可为诊断小儿中枢神经系统感染性疾病提供依据。
Objective: To analyze the changes of cerebrospinal fluid protein in children with central nervous system infectious diseases. Methods: From February 2013 to April 2014, 75 children with central nervous system infectious diseases were randomly selected from our hospital. Among them, 25 were viral, purulent and tuberculous meningitis, 25 were non-central Children with neurological infection as a control. All children received cerebrospinal fluid during lumbar puncture within two days after admission. Total protein (TP) content and glucose (GLU) biochemical markers in cerebrospinal fluid were measured. Results: The content of total protein (TP) in children with central infectious diseases was significantly higher than that in other diseases. The GLU contents in different diseases were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The determination of total protein (TP) in CSF has an important reference value for assessing the severity of intracranial infectious diseases and may provide evidence for the diagnosis of CNS infectious diseases in children.
