目的探讨肺功能与血气分析测定在尘肺病患者健康影响程度以及劳动能力鉴定中的差异。方法通过对139例尘肺患者肺功能测定与血气分析测定,比较肺功能损伤与血气分析结果。结果 139例尘肺患者肺功能Ⅰ期114人肺通气功能4项指标中轻度减低FVC%10人(8.77%),FEV1 15人(13.16%)人,FEV1/FVC5人(4.39%),MVV 19人(16.67%);Ⅱ期25人肺通气功能4项指标中轻度减低FVC%5人(20.00%),FEV17人(28.00%)人,FEV1/FVC 2人(8.00%),MVV 12人(48.00%)。血气分析结果 ,PO2降低Ⅰ期30人(26.32%),Ⅱ期11人(44.00%)。结论肺功能检查受人为因素影响较大,患者配合好检查的准确性高,血气分析受人为因素影响小,在控制好人为因素下,两者均能反映患者肺功能以及劳动能力损伤程度。
Objective To investigate the differences between the pulmonary function and blood gas analysis in the patients with pneumoconiosis and their ability to work. Methods Pulmonary function tests and blood gas analysis were performed on 139 cases of pneumoconiosis patients, and lung function impairment and blood gas analysis were compared. Results Among the 139 patients with pneumoconiosis, 114 patients with stage Ⅰ pulmonary ventilation had a mild reduction of FVC% (8.77%), FEV1 15 (13.16%), FEV1 / FVC 5 (4.39%), MVV 19 (20.00%), FEV17 (28.00%), FEV1 / FVC 2 people (8.00%), MVV 12 people (16.67%); (48.00%). Blood gas analysis results, PO2 decreased stage Ⅰ 30 (26.32%), Ⅱ 11 (44.00%). Conclusions Pulmonary function tests are greatly influenced by human factors. The accuracy of the test is good in patients with good complication. Blood gas analysis is less affected by human factors. Under the control of human factors, both of them can reflect lung function and impairment of labor ability.
