研究 Ｓｅｒ１２５白介素－２（Ｓｅｒ１２５ＩＬ－２）的免疫活性及抗瘤作用。方法：小鼠给药后，观察药物对巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞转化的影响；小鼠体内接种Ｓ１８０肉瘤和Ｂ１６黑色素瘤后，观察其抑瘤作用。结果：Ｓｅｒ１２５ＩＬ－２可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和淋巴细胞的转化率（Ｐ＜０． ０１），显著抑制 Ｓ１８０肉瘤和 Ｂ１６黑色素瘤的体内生年（Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论：Ｓｅｒ１２５ＩＬ－２ 有增强细胞免疫和抑制肿瘤生氏的作用。
To investigate the immunological activity and anti-tumor effect of Ser125 interleukin-2 (Ser125 IL-2). Methods: The effect of drugs on the macrophages and lymphocyte transformation was observed after the mice were administered. After the mice were inoculated with S180 sarcoma and B16 melanoma, their anti-tumor effects were observed. Results: Ser125 IL-2 significantly increased the phagocytosis rate and lymphocyte transformation rate (P <0.01) of peritoneal macrophages in mice and significantly inhibited the in vivo lifetime of S180 sarcoma and B16 melanoma (P <0.01). Conclusion: Ser125 IL-2 can enhance cellular immunity and inhibit tumor growth.
