研究 Ser125白介素-2(Ser125IL-2)的免疫活性及抗瘤作用。方法:小鼠给药后,观察药物对巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞转化的影响;小鼠体内接种S180肉瘤和B16黑色素瘤后,观察其抑瘤作用。结果:Ser125IL-2可明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和淋巴细胞的转化率(P<0. 01),显著抑制 S180肉瘤和 B16黑色素瘤的体内生年(P<0. 01)。结论:Ser125IL-2 有增强细胞免疫和抑制肿瘤生氏的作用。
To investigate the immunological activity and anti-tumor effect of Ser125 interleukin-2 (Ser125 IL-2). Methods: The effect of drugs on the macrophages and lymphocyte transformation was observed after the mice were administered. After the mice were inoculated with S180 sarcoma and B16 melanoma, their anti-tumor effects were observed. Results: Ser125 IL-2 significantly increased the phagocytosis rate and lymphocyte transformation rate (P <0.01) of peritoneal macrophages in mice and significantly inhibited the in vivo lifetime of S180 sarcoma and B16 melanoma (P <0.01). Conclusion: Ser125 IL-2 can enhance cellular immunity and inhibit tumor growth.
