由中华医学会中华高原医学分会主办,甘肃省医学会协办的《中国首届高原危重病急症与多脏器功能障碍综合征》学术会议于2005.9.12-9.15在兰州召开。来自青海、西藏、甘肃、重庆、宁夏、陕西、北京、上海、天津、西宁、兰州等地近100名代表参加了本次大会。国内创伤、烧伤、危重病急救和高原医学界主要学科带头人和著名专家应邀出席并参加了专题讲座和大会交流;大会还重点讨论通过了由兰州军区兰州总医院、第四军医大学、青海大学、兰州大学、青海高原医学研究所等9个协作单位共同完成的《高海拔地区多器官功能障碍综合征(HMODS)评分诊断标准》(征求意见稿)。征求稿对高原覆盖范围、标准定义、临床论证等进行了深入讨论并达成共识,建议将其作为国内首部HMODS标准向临床推荐。
Sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association of Chinese Plateau Medical Branch, Gansu Provincial Medical Association co-sponsored “China’s first plateau critical illness and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome” academic conference held in Lanzhou on September 12, 2005. Nearly 100 representatives from Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu, Chongqing, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xining and Lanzhou attended the conference. Major traumatic leaders and famous experts in domestic trauma, burns, critical care and high altitude medical field were invited to attend and participated in the special lectures and exchanges; the meeting also focused on the adoption of the Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Region, the Fourth Military Medical University, Qinghai University , Lanzhou University, Qinghai Plateau Institute of Medicine and other 9 collaborative units to complete the “high altitude multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (HMODS) score diagnostic criteria” (Exposure Draft). The draft solicited the in-depth discussions and reached consensus on the plateau coverage, standard definition, clinical demonstration and so on, and suggested that it be recommended to the clinic as the first HMODS standard in China.
