回顾性分析 5例术后肺扭转病人的临床资料 ,结果 5例病人经第二次手术均治愈。术后发生病发症 2例 ,1例呼吸衰竭 ,1例室上性心动过速。认为肺叶切除或食管癌术后残肺门游离、胸腔积液积气、术后肺膨胀不良是发生扭转的主要机制 ,早期手术是治疗术后肺扭转的最好方法。
Five patients with postoperative pulmonary torsion were retrospectively analyzed. Results Five patients were cured by the second operation. Postoperative morbidity occurred in 2 cases, 1 case of respiratory failure, 1 case of supraventricular tachycardia. That postoperative lobectomy or esophageal residual free hilar, pleural effusion gas, postoperative poor lung expansion is the main mechanism of occurrence of torsion, early surgery is the best way to treat postoperative pulmonary torsion.
