用小鼠卵母细胞体外培养、体外受精的方法研究了 Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 对小鼠卵母细胞成熟和体外受精等的影响。结果 :Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 对生发泡破裂没有影响 ,但可以抑制卵母细胞第一极体的释放 ,影响卵母细胞的存活率并可降低体外受精的频率 ,对体内卵母细胞生发泡破裂无影响 ,但是可以显著抑制体外培养卵母细胞的生发泡破裂。结论 :本实验结果提示 ,育龄妇女吸收了 Hg Cl2 、As2 O3 后 ,可以损伤卵母细胞的成熟过程 ,降低其生育力和生殖能力 ,甚至导致不孕。
In vitro culture and in vitro fertilization of mouse oocytes were used to study the effects of Hg Cl2 and As2O3 on mouse oocyte maturation and in vitro fertilization. Results: Hg Cl2, As2 O3 had no effect on rupture of vesicles, but could inhibit the release of the first polar body of oocytes, affect the survival rate of oocytes and reduce the frequency of in vitro fertilization, and rupture the oocytes in vivo No effect, but can significantly inhibit in vitro cultured oocyte rupture of the hair follicles. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that women of childbearing age absorbed Hg Cl2, As2 O3, can damage the oocyte maturation process, reduce their fertility and reproductive capacity, and even lead to infertility.
