小麦稈锈病菌冬孢子的萌发受許多因素的影响。試驗証明:在田間直立过冬的麦稈上的冬孢子比在麦垜上的冬孢子萌发好,尤以晚播小麦在秋季低温下形成的冬孢子萌发更好;萌发方法以水滴正放为最优;用化学药剂处理方法对克服冬孢子的休眠期没有明显作用;冬孢子萌发温度范围为9°—20℃,最适温度为12°—16℃。
Wheat stem rust germination of teliospores is affected by many factors. The results showed that the teliospores on winter wheat rose more in the field than the winter spores on wheat stalk, especially the teliospore germination of late-sown wheat at low temperature in autumn. ; Treatment with chemical agents had no significant effect on overcoming the dormancy of teliospores; the temperature range of teliospore germination was 9 ° -20 ° C and the optimum temperature was 12 ° -16 ° C.
