冀南烈士陵园,坐落于邢台市南宫城区西南部,是河北省建园最早、占地面积最大、安葬烈士最多的烈士陵园之一,是全国重点烈士纪念建筑物保护单位、河北省爱国主义教育基地。冀南人民有着光荣的革命斗争传统,在土地革命、抗日战争和解放战争时期,先后有5万多名革命先烈英勇牺牲。为了缅怀烈士,教育后人,1949年,陵园基本格局形成,新中国成立后的50多年,又陆续进行了建设,使其发展成一座既庄严肃穆、又典雅秀丽的园林。
Located in the southwestern part of Nangongcheng District, Xingtai City, Hebei Memorial Martyrs Cemetery is one of the earliest martyrs cemetery with the largest area and the largest number of burial martyrs in Hebei Province. It is one of the national key martyrs memorial buildings and patriotism education in Hebei Province base. The people of southern Hebei have a glorious tradition of revolutionary struggle. Over the years of the Agrarian Revolutionary, Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War, more than 50,000 revolutionary martyrs have died in heroic sacrifices. In order to cherish the memory of the martyrs and educate future generations, in 1949, the basic pattern of the cemetery was formed. After the founding of New China, more than 50 years have passed since then and construction has been gradually carried out to develop it into a landscaped solemnity and elegance.
