我院发现1例结膜吸吮线虫感染,报告如下。患者男,4岁,邳县农村儿童。因左眼瘙痒、取出虫体2条而就医。2月前。患儿因左眼有异物感,瘙痒,流泪,家人见其左眼角内有白色线状小虫,触之蠕动,取出虫体2条。一周前患儿自述左眼复又瘙痒,仍有异物感,流泪。患儿以往体健。无特殊病史。家养小狗一条,患儿与该小狗接触密切,且小狗眼内曾有类似虫体被取出。检查:发育营养中等,体温正常,心肺(一),左眼结膜充血、流泪;外眦内有一白色线
