本文根据岩芯钻进工艺的要求论述了全液压动力头式钻机的优缺点、应用条件及发展前景。在实际应用的基础上,分别对交流电磁调速电机、可控硅整流的调速电机及交流变频调速电机等用以驱动岩芯钻机的特点和性能及其优缺点进行了分析,提出采用电力驱动、电子调控技术是岩芯钻机发展的一条途径。对进一步改进岩芯钻机提出了两方面的意见:(1)关于钻机与钻进工艺的关系问题;(2)关于分档次确定钻机的基型问题。最后指出微机自控最优化钻进将会成为钻探工作的主流。
According to the requirements of core drilling technology, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages, application conditions and development prospects of full hydraulic power head rig. On the basis of practical application, this paper analyzes the characteristics and performance of core drilling rigs driven by AC induction motor, thyristor-controlled variable speed motor and AC variable frequency speed regulation motor respectively, Electric drive, electronic control technology is a way for the development of core drilling rigs. There are two opinions on further improvement of core drilling rigs: (1) the relationship between drilling rig and drilling technology; (2) the basic type of drilling rig for grading the grade. Finally, it is pointed out that computerized optimal drilling will become the mainstream of drilling.
