为了探讨双Ｊ管引流在上尿路手术中的应用效果及并发症的防治，于１９９６年４月～１９９８年６月，对７５例上尿路疾病患者使用双Ｊ管作内引流。结果表明：双Ｊ管引流可靠，无漏尿、感染等情况发生；明显缩短患者住院时间；并发症少。并对置管后并发症的防治进行了讨论。
In order to explore the double J tube drainage in the application of the effect of upper urinary tract surgery and complications prevention and treatment, from April 1996 to June 1998, 75 cases of upper urinary tract disease patients with double J tube for internal drainage. The results showed that: double J tube drainage reliable, no leakage of urine, infection and so on; significantly shorten the hospitalization time; less complications. The prevention and treatment of complications after catheterization were discussed.
