本刊2009年第五期,刊登了谭金土先生发现并整理的民国三年的苏州市民日记——《甲寅年日记》,一经刊发,即有读者来信,称自己是这本日记中所提及的,一位名叫计焕庭的苏州人的孙辈。这自然是非常奇妙的一段缘分,一百年快要过去了,而对于这座古老的城市,却恍若昨天刚刚翻过的日记。在我们的促成下,这位读者最终与谭金土先生取得了联系。谭先生很有意思,又将这段经历继续以日记的形式记录了下来。现将之发表,对于我们,也算是一段编读往来的佳话吧。
