本文是在传统的硅酸钠水玻璃砂基础上引入非钠水玻璃粘结剂--硅酸钾水玻璃。通过一系列对比实验!用大量数据表明了 CO_2法钠水玻璃砂、钾水玻璃砂、复合钾钠水玻璃砂的主要性能,重点研究了复合钾钠水玻璃砂的溃散性。生产验证表明复合硅酸钾钠水玻璃砂溃散性良好,其它工艺性能可满足生产要求,该项研究对水玻璃砂应用技术的发展有一定意义
This article is the introduction of non-sodium sodium silicate binder - potassium silicate water glass on the basis of the traditional sodium silicate sodium silicate sand. Through a series of comparative experiments, the main properties of sodium silicate sand, potassium silicate sand and composite sodium potassium sodium silicate sand by CO 2 method were demonstrated with a large amount of data. The collapsibility of the composite sodium-potassium silicate sand was studied emphatically. Production verification shows that the composite potassium silicate sodium silicate sand collapsible good, other process performance to meet the production requirements, the study on the application of sodium silicate sand technology has some significance
