采用等体积浸渍法制备双金属催化剂Pd-Pb/-Al2O3,考察了该催化剂在环戊二烯(CPD)选择加氢制备环戊烯(CPE)反应中影响催化效果的因素,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体(ICP)、程序升温还原(TPR)和BET等方法表征催化剂的性质及结构.实验表明,添加铅后的双金属催化剂反应活性优于单金属催化剂Pd/-Al2O3.在铅钯物质的量之比为1,预还原温度为180℃,反应温度120℃的条件下,可以使CPD转化率达到90.6%,CPE的选择性达到86.9%.
The bimetallic catalyst Pd-Pb / -Al2O3 was prepared by the same volume impregnation method. The factors affecting the catalytic performance of the catalyst in the cyclopentadiene (CPE) selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene (CPE) were investigated. X-ray diffraction The properties and structures of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, ICP, TPR and BET.The experimental results showed that the bimetallic catalysts with lead addition were better than the Pd / Al2O3, the conversion of CPD reached 90.6% and the selectivity of CPE reached 86.9% under the conditions of the amount of lead and palladium being 1, the prereduction temperature of 180 ℃ and the reaction temperature of 120 ℃.
