2012年9月8日至9日,马丁D·魏斯博士曾出席在上海国际会议中心举办的第二届上海钱瞻世界投资博览会。他在“为什么美国有些信用评级机构对中国的评级是错误的”演讲中,对中国做出了魏斯评级。他认为:在主要的50个国家中,中国在债务负担方面排名第十三位;在经济发展方面排名第一,在经济健康方面排名第五。在融资能力方面排名第十七,最终获得魏斯评级A-的成绩(最高为A级)。2015年6月23日傍晚,笔者有幸在上海采访到美国魏斯研究公司董事长马丁D·魏斯博士。马丁·魏斯是魏斯评级公司的主席。
From September 8 to September 9, Dr. Martin D. Weiss attended the 2nd Shanghai Qianzhan World Investment Expo held in Shanghai International Convention Center. He made a Weiss rating on China in his speech “Why Some U.S. Credit Rating Institutions Give China a Rating.” In his opinion, China ranks 13th among the 50 major countries in terms of debt burden, ranking first in economic development and fifth in terms of economic health. Ranked 17th in terms of funding and eventually won Weiss Grading A- (up to Grade A). On the evening of June 23, 2015, I was lucky enough to interview Dr. Martin D. Weiss, chairman of Weiss Research in Shanghai. Martin Weiss is the chairman of Weiss Ratings.
