目的：探讨丙肝抗病毒治疗前后与CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞之间的关系。方法：对22例患者治疗3月时的CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞计数的X±S，并对其进行统计学分析。结果：治疗3月时的CD8+T淋巴细胞计数的原始数据进行进行两两的配对t检验，结果显示无统计学意义。结论：对于22例患者，治疗开始时，治疗1月，及治疗3月时随访的CD4及CD8分别行两两比较无统计学意义。聚乙二醇干扰素a-2a联合利巴韦林
