Aim: It is established that glioma, the most common form of primary brain tumor, possess the characteristic of high incidence rate and difficult therapy.Recent studies indicated that Tamoxifen (TAM) could sensitize the glioma cells to radiotherapy and inhibit proliferation, while long-term treatment with TAM would develop acquired resistance and increase the risk of breast cancer.
