In the wake of the gradual maturity of global electronic commerce (e-commerce), the international trade is integrating into the world economy with remarkable velocity.Under a cyber time with information asymmetry, a campaign of information induced by the revolution of network technology, manifested by trans-regional e-commerce and with the substance of reintegrating global resources, is spreading out widely.The e-commerce grounded on the theory of P2P, which is gradually replacing the traditional ways of commerce and trade, and is injecting the global economy and trade with new impulse, is exactly one of the products of this campaign.This article introduces the fundamental conception of P2P, analyzes the present situation of the e-commerce development, and investigates how to apply it in e-commerce.
