【目的】通过便捷的手机短消息服务,为新生儿监护人或患儿家长提供多元化的临床服务,便于更好的筛查管理。【方法】使用delphi开发工具结合新生儿疾病筛查实际管理工作需求,建立筛查手机短消息服务处理平台,设置相应的查询功能。【结果】新生儿监护人通过手机即可查询该婴儿的筛查结果;新生儿疾病筛查中心通过医院内网下发可疑阳性召回通知和复查后医嘱等信息至患儿家长的手机。【结论】筛查质量和筛查工作效率明显得到了提高,手机短消息服务在新生儿疾病筛查管理中具有良好的应用前景。
[Purpose] To provide a wide range of clinical services to new-born guardians or children with convenient mobile short message service to facilitate better screening management. 【Method】 The delphi development tools were used in combination with the needs of actual management of neonatal disease screening to establish a screening platform for mobile short message service and set corresponding query functions. 【Results】 Neonatal guardian can check the results of screening of the baby by mobile phone; Neonatal Disease Screening Center issued a suspicious positive recall notification and reviewing the doctor’s advice to the mobile phone of the parents of the children through the hospital intranet. 【Conclusion】 The quality of screening and the efficiency of screening work have obviously been improved. The short message service of mobile phone has good application prospects in the screening of neonatal diseases.
