Objective:To investigate the effect of pedicle fixation and post-lateral fusion in treatment of thoracolunbar fractur.Methods:Thirty-five patients with thoracolunbar ffactur were treated by pedicle screw system and post-lateral fusion.Results:32cases underwent a follow-up for 5~30 months.The reductionw were good and all the 32 patients obtained bony union.
