　　Objective: SRSF1 is a splicing factor often times described as an oncoprotein.In the present work,we examined the expression of SRSF1 in human bladder carcinoma cells and detected the change of SRSF1 expression in BIU-87 cells after the treatment of chemotherapeutic drug.
