Strongly acidic group compounds are a class of chemical compounds that have high polarity and large negtive charges.The main members include phosphatic compounds, sulphonic compounds and sulfonic compounds.The present study covers recent years of analytical researches on this group of compounds in biological matrices, focusing on sample preparation and bioanalytical methods.A wide range of analytical techniques is presented and critically discussed including liquid chromatography (e.g.ion-pair and ion-exchange chromatography), capillary electrophoresis (CE) and other various analytical.Methods such as spectrofluorimetry and enzyme immunoassay.Due to the extremely low concentration of target analytes as well as the complex biological matrices, sample pretreatment Methods such as dilute and shoot method, protein precipitation (PP), liquid-liquid extraction(LLE), solid-phase extraction (SPE), degradation and derivatization strategy have played important role in the successful analytical method development thus are also emphasizely discussed.
