初生α含量对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金拉伸性能的影响

等轴组织和双态组织的主要区别是初生α相的含量不同。本文以Ti-6Al-4V钛合金为研究对象,利用万能电子拉伸机对5种初生α相含量不同的试样进行了拉伸性能和弹性模量测试,研究了同一拉伸状态下,不同α含量试样的应力-应变曲线特征。试验结果表明,初生α相含量对弹性模量的影响不大,随着α相比例增加,抗拉强度、屈服强度和屈强比呈下降趋势,断后伸长率和断面收缩率略有增加。 The main difference between equiaxed and bimodal tissue is the content of primary α-phase. In this paper, Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy as the research object, the use of universal electronic tensile tester for the five primary α-phase content of different samples were tested for tensile properties and elastic modulus of the same tensile state, different Stress-strain curve characteristics of α-content samples. The results show that the content of primary α-phase has little effect on the elastic modulus. With the increase of α-phase, the tensile strength, yield strength and yield ratio decrease. The elongation at break and the reduction of area increase slightly.
