Gray mould caused by Botrytis cinerea is one of the important world diseases, and always results in significant economic losses.Identifying of genes related to resistance, studying the molecular mechanism and disease-resistant breeding are very important and meaningful contribution to the gray mould control. In this study, T1N6_22, a resistant-related gene of Arabidopsis thaliana against B.cinerea, was isolated based on a T-DNA insertion mutant that appeared increased susceptibility to B.cincrea.T1N6_22-complementing plants appeared hygrophanous lesions similar to wild-type during B.cinerea induction. These results demonstrate that T1N6_22 is a positive regulator in resistance to B.cinerea.
