论述了ISO5296同步带齿形和ISO5294滚刀基本齿形的对应关系,以及滚刀基本齿形和滚切槽形的对应关系,建立了计算并绘制渐开线带轮极限槽形的应用程序,分析了在滚切齿数较小的带轮时可能出现廓形折点的特征。
The corresponding relationship between ISO5296 timing belt profile and ISO5294 hob basic profile, as well as the corresponding relationship between hob basic profile and hobbing profile, is discussed. The application program of calculating and drawing the involute pulley profile is established. The characteristics of the breakpoints that may occur in the case of a pulley with a small number of hobbing teeth are analyzed.
