In order to increase the production of HLC, the effects of different thermoinducible methods on the foreign gene expression of recombinant E.coli were investigated.Serials strategies with different induction temperature, pH, C/N ratio, and specific growth rate were adopted.The results indicate that induction temperature is dramatically effective on the expression of HLC.HLC may be degraded when the temperature was decreased below 37℃ after three hours induction at 42℃.
