叶用芥菜紫色性状基因的克隆分析和遗传转化

芥菜(Brassica juncea Czern.et Coss.),十字花科芸薹属作物,是我国重要的栽培蔬菜、油料作物和调料作物,具有很高的经济价值。紫叶芥作为叶用芥菜的一种,花青素含量显著高于一般叶用芥菜。本研究在张甜构建的六世代遗传群体的基础上,以紫色芥菜自交系品种(L17-P)和绿色芥菜自交系品种(L17-G)为主要研究材料,基于刘丽艳(2015)和张甜(2017)的研究结果,对位于B02
