博物馆社会宣教工作在当今博物馆管理和发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。然而现在大多数博物馆的社会宣教工作的评估考核多以主观考核为主,考核方法较为简单,无法达到有效促进社会宣教工作发展的目的。笔者作为一名博物馆从业人员,从实际情况出发设计了一套博物馆可量化的评估方法,本方法从宏观和微观两个层面出发,运用统计学、数学、心理学等相关学科知识,具有较强的客观性和可操作性。同时,在本文最后还对今后的发展趋势进行了设想和概述。
The museum missionary mission in society plays a crucial role in the management and development of museums today. However, most of the assessment and assessment of social missionary work in most museums are mainly based on subjective assessment. The assessment methods are relatively simple and can not achieve the purpose of effectively promoting the development of social missionary work.
