China is known as the country of etiquette,and civilized etiquette has been handed down as a contemporary social moral behavior.As a public concern and a public spirit,social morality is a cultural norm of trust,credit and reciprocity.It is not only an important symbol of modern social civilization and progress,but also an important guarantee for social harmony and stability.In the context of educational transformation,the cultivation of students’ "moral education" ranks first,and social morality education,as an important part of "moral education",is increasingly valued.It is an important foundation for the cultivation of its own good social morality.However,at present,the construction of social morality education for primary school students in my country is relatively lagging behind,and there are many problems in the educational mechanism.Therefore,this research focuses on putting forward strategies for social morality education for primary school students based on the model of home-school-community education.This research comprehensively uses the literature method,investigation method,observation method,case study method and other research methods,through the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical investigation to deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of public moral education in primary schools,and proposes to improve the primary school based on the investigation.The strategy of public moral education system in order to improve the effectiveness of public moral education in primary schools and provide theoretical support for the development of public moral education in primary schools in my country.The article is composed of four parts,including theoretical elaboration,the status quo of public moral education in primary schools,existing problems and reasons,and optimization strategies for public moral education in primary schools.First of all,this research expounds the reasons for the urgent need to improve social ethics education in primary schools in my country,summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature on home-school-society cooperation,social ethics education,and public ethics education in primary schools,and elaborates the core concepts and theories of the research.Foundation-home-school-society collaborative education theory,overlapping influence domain theory,moral cognitive development stage theory,lay the foundation for the research of the thesis.Secondly,this study combines text analysis,questionnaire survey and observation form to investigate the current situation of public morality education in primary schools,and summarizes the current public morality education in primary schools from various aspects,such as the public morality behavior of primary school students,the situation of public morality education in X primary school,and the implementation of public morality education in X primary school.The current situation of education construction.Then,the investigation and statistics found that the main problems of social morality education in X primary school are as follows: the education of primary school students’ social morality awareness is weak;the space for primary school students’ social morality education is too narrow;the way of primary school students’ social morality education is single;The content is fragmented;the function of the evaluation system of social morality education for primary school students is lacking.The reasons for the existence of the problem are analyzed in depth from the three levels of school,family and society.It is found that: the elements of the social morality education system for primary school students in schools are insufficient;the parents’ value concept of "private morality" is more important than "public morality";the community participation in social morality education.lower.Finally,aiming at the main problems of social ethics education in primary schools found in this study,it puts forward detailed suggestions from the background of home-school-community education;summarizes the research results and deficiencies of the paper,and proposes that primary-school public ethics education is an important part of family,school and community education.Shared responsibility of the community.
