随着油菜用途的扩展，其种植面积逐年扩大，而油菜存在油菜黑腐病等多种危害严重的病害尚未得到根治，常规使用的化学农药防治方法则又极易造成环境污染。Harpin是自然界中特定的细菌性植物病原菌产生的一种由hrp基因编码的蛋白质。尽管Harpin本身不具有任何杀菌活性，但它能诱导植物产生一种复杂的自然防御反应，抵御真菌、细菌和病毒病害。因此，在油菜中导入十字花科植物黑腐病菌(Xcc)hrpW基因，使油菜自
