The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate an alternative connection Scheme for PMTs in large,low energy LXe experiments. PMTs play an important role in largedetectors nowadays,since they provideahigh efficiency light readout. Therefore,the number of PMTs used in such detectors is increasing dramatically. As a consequence,the number of the signal and HV cables to the outside world becomes more problematic; feedthroughs and connectors are difficult to realize within limited space of the detector. Furthermore,air and impurities that could be trapped by the coaxial cablesthenreleased in the clean volume of the detector. This for sure has aharmfulimpact on the response of the detector. The proposed connection scheme holds 32 PMTs including the HV and signal cables in a 2”wide,0.004” thick flexible Kapton strip lines.In this work,the PMT signalusing 1.5 m long unshielded strip line is compared with thesignalusingcoaxial cable of the same length(conventional scheme). Minimal changes to the PMT base are required without any risk of additional impurities or radio activity. The signal quality is compatible andintroduces the new scheme as a promisingsolution.  The HV connections can be easily realized without additional capacitors on the base by grounding the second but last dynode. This satisfies the strip line specifications by reducing the voltage on the anode to less than 300 V.The cathode and therest dynodes are connected to negative HV. The cross talkwas taken into consideration. Finally,this new scheme preserves the possibility to adjust the gain of each PMT individually and does not cause cross talk.
