辽阳石化分公司尼龙厂醇酮装置采用环己烷无催化氧化法生产环己醇和环己酮，装置的年生产能力为5.4万吨，每年产生环己烷氧化产物洗涤废水(简称BI)约3.7万吨，送污水处理厂焚烧处理
