一、问题提出(一)对课堂教学现状的认识随着课程改革的不断推进,多数教师的课堂教学有所改进。但在实际的教学中还存在一个较为突出的问题:为了教学的顺畅,教师以个别学生的思维代替全体学生的思维,导致潜意识表露不够,特别是错误没有暴露出来,更没有得到及时、有效的解决。这种“替代思维”现象,导致课堂上获得的学生信息和资源贫乏,无法形成生生和师生的互动,教学也就没有了针对性,最终导致教学低效。我们认为,真正的课
