循序渐进是太极拳修炼的重要原则,太极拳的程序,一般有三种不同的进展阶梯:第一种,学练过程中反复体察神意气和形的关系,由开始的不能相融进入到阴阳互孕;第二种,通过着熟、懂劲、阶及神明来感悟;第三种,按照拳架(包括内功心法),拆手拆架,揉手的进展来进行。这三种一开始不能融合,但到最后,则必定都融进“阶及神明”、“无形无相”、“无我无为”的境界中。那么,太极拳修炼的程序都有哪些步骤?魏树人老师传授的杨式太极拳老六路有七个不同层次的进展阶梯可供学练者参考。
