汽车座位加固件的形状复杂、精度要求高,需要经过冲孔、切边、拉延、翻边、整形、侧面修边、切断等冲压工序才能完成。通过分析汽车座位加固件的冲压工艺性,确定了双排排样,中间载体,左、右汽车座位加固件在同一套模具冲制,每个工位同时冲压左、右各两件产品,共11个工位的连续冲压工艺方案;对模具侧面修边、送料机构和模具整体结构进行了详细分析,并根据设计方案制造出该产品的多工位连续模。模具经过试冲,结果表明,设计的工艺方案和模具结构合理,产品尺寸精度符合图纸要求,可满足大批量生产的要求。
Car seat reinforcement complex shape, high precision, need to go through punching, trimming, drawing, flange, plastic, side trimming, cutting and other stamping processes to be completed. By analyzing the stamping process of the car seat stiffener, the double rows of samples were confirmed. The middle carrier, left and right car seat stiffeners were punched in the same mold. Each station punched two products at the same time, left and right 11 stations of continuous stamping process; the side of the mold trimming, feeding mechanism and the overall structure of the mold were analyzed in detail, and according to the design to create the product of multi-station continuous mode. After the test die, the results show that the design process and die structure is reasonable, the product dimensional accuracy in line with the drawings, to meet the requirements of mass production.
