目的 :探讨性激素与系统性红斑狼疮之间的关系。方法 :用放射免疫双抗体法 (RIA)检测了 30例系统性红斑狼疮患者 6种性激素 :泌乳素 (PRL)、促卵泡生成素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (L H)、睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )及孕酮 (P)的水平。结果 :泌乳素水平明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,睾酮、雌二醇、孕酮水平低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,促卵泡生成素及促黄体生成素水平与正常组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :PRL 升高可能在系统性红斑狼疮的发病中起一定作用 ,雄激素对系统性红斑狼疮的治疗可能有帮助。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between sex hormones and systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: Six sex hormones including prolactin (PRL), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) were detected in 30 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus by radioimmunoassay. , Estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels. Results: The level of prolactin was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P <0.05), the levels of testosterone, estradiol and progesterone were lower than those of the normal group (P <0.01), follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone No significant difference between the normal group and the normal group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Elevated PRL may play a role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus, and androgens may help in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
