众所周知:有飞边模锻时,下料毛坯(以下简称毛坯)的体积波动对锻件高度尺寸精度影响不大,因为多余金属将成为飞边。但在无飞边模锻时则不然,因为锻件的水平方向尺寸精度由锻模来控制,而多余的金属将成为直接影响锻件高度尺寸精度的因素。为此,无飞边模锻件的高度尺寸公差除按一般的锻件公差标准选定外,还应考虑毛坯体积的波动。不注意这一特点往往会导致锻件高度尺寸超差或模锻不足。根据在摩擦压力机和锻锤上无飞边模锻的实践证明,只要通过一定的计算,使锻件公差和毛坯体积波动值之间保持一定的关系,即可使锻件公差控制在规定范围之内。现将计算方法介绍如下,供参考。
