在应用自准直方法观测工件的垂直状况时,找自准直反射像是一项烦琐而又困难的操作。特别是在高精度自准直光管视场角小或观测距离远的情况下,找反射像就更加困难。但使用直角初调器这种装置,便可以比较容易地把像找到,它是一个比较理想而又适用的找自准直反射像的装置,而且结构简单、工艺性好。直角初调器的结构如图1所示。
In the application of self-collimation method to observe the vertical position of the workpiece, looking for self-collimating reflection is a cumbersome and difficult operation. Especially in the case of high-precision self-collimating light tube with small field of view or far observation distance, it is even more difficult to find the reflection image. However, the use of this device at a right angle initializer makes it easier to find the image. It is an ideal and suitable device for finding self-collimating images, and has a simple structure and good manufacturability. The structure of the right angle regulator is shown in Figure 1.
