针对我国经济发展的新常态对建筑企业发展速度、机构转型、动力转换的倒逼,从注重规模速度走向强调发展质量效益,从依靠投资和要素驱动转向依靠人才素质提高、管理和科技创新上来,住建部出台的一系列新政策,意在促进行业健康发展,主业固企、多元利企,使企业利润最大化,提高项目的精细化管理,项目成本是项目管理的重点。本文以建设工程造价的确定与控制的基本理论为指导,探讨了建设工程造价管控的方法,并对工程项目风险、目前存在的问题、造价管控的重要性、措施与方法。

The project cost is the key point of project management. Guided by the basic theory of construction project cost determination and control, this article discusses the methods of construction project cost control and control, as well as the project risk, the existing problems, the importance of cost control and measures and methods.
