超个人心理学的意识谱理论,与《坛经》思想的比较,重新认识《坛经》的人文价值。超个人心理学家维尔伯,提出了著名的意识谱理论,把人的意识划分为四个层次:心灵层、存在层、自我层和阴影层。研究发现,心灵层的内涵与《坛经》中的佛性是一致的,但是《坛经》只强调人人具足心灵层,不作心理分析。超个人心理学最流行的意识训练方法,与《坛经》中神秀大师的修行方法是一致的。《坛经》的许多开示与对话,直指心灵层,使存在层、自我层和阴影层同时熄灭,当下心灵层显现,并且,法无定法。研究结果表明,《坛经》中蕴涵着最深刻的心理学思想。
The theory of consciousness of super personal psychology is compared with the thought of “altar of beings” to re-understand the humanistic value of “altar”.
