目的通过对重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)患者家属进行满意度调查,分析影响ICU患者家属满意度的主要因素,为制定相应的护理对策、提高医疗护理服务质量提供理论依据。方法对2014-08/2015-11月的76位患者家属发放满意度问卷(family satisfaction with care in the intensive care unit,FS-ICU),并进行访谈,总结满意度情况,分析影响满意度的主要因素。结果影响ICU患者家属满意度的主要因素为:恐惧心理的处理、与医生沟通的次数、医生的技术和能力、需求的程度、掌控家人的治疗和护理、有足够的时间表达所关注的事项及答案(P<0.05)。结论医护人员充分关注患者心理需求,给予患者家属充足的空间和时间表达其意愿,与患者家属保持有效沟通,使之尽可能知情患者的全程治疗与护理参与,有助于提高患者家属满意度,构建更为和谐的治疗与康复团队,促进患者病情早日好转和康复。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of family members of intensive care unit (ICU) and analyze the main factors influencing the satisfaction of family members in ICU patients. It provides a theoretical basis for formulating appropriate nursing strategies and improving the quality of medical care services. Methods Satisfaction questionnaires were sent to 76 relatives of the patients from 2014-08 / November to November, and interviews were conducted to summarize the degree of satisfaction and to analyze the main factors influencing the degree of satisfaction factor. Results The main factors affecting the satisfaction of family members of ICU patients were: treatment of fear, frequency of communication with doctors, doctors ’skills and abilities, degree of demand, control of family members’ treatment and care, sufficient time to express the concerns and The answer (P <0.05). Conclusion The medical staff pay enough attention to the psychological needs of the patients, give their relatives sufficient space and time to express their wishes, and maintain effective communication with the families of the patients so that they can participate in the full treatment and care of the informed patients as far as possible, Build a more harmonious treatment and rehabilitation team to promote the patient’s condition improved and rehabilitation.
