长春试验机研究所研制的10吨压式测力传感器于1982年底通过所级鉴定。在这种传感器上采用了两项新技术:1.双层膜片全焊接密封外壳,并充惰性气体保护。实践证明:采用双层膜片,可大大提高传感器的抗侧向力干扰能力,在偏心受力或倾斜受力的情况下,仍然能保持很高的精度和重复性。采用密封外壳、并充气保护,可大大提高传感器防潮能力及长期稳定性。所有接缝全部采用焊接密封,可靠性很高,不怕振动、冲击。这种结构的外壳国外是七十年代中
Changchun Institute of Testing Machine developed by 10 tons of pressure force sensor at the end of 1982 by the level of identification. Two new technologies are used on this sensor: 1. Double-layer, all-welded, hermetically sealed housing, filled with inert gas. Practice has proved that: the use of double diaphragm, sensor can greatly enhance the ability of anti-lateral interference, in the eccentric force or tilt under the circumstances, still able to maintain high accuracy and repeatability. Sealed shell, and inflatable protection, can greatly enhance the sensor moisture resistance and long-term stability. All seams all welded seal, high reliability, not afraid of vibration and impact.
