本文叙述在进行30兆赫标准截止衰减器的机械结构设计中所考虑和解决的一些问题,即解决截止波导要同时获得精确几何形状与精确半径尺寸的矛盾、与激光测长精度相适应的传动机构、加强内轴套刚性以减少测量时接收线圈相对于激励线圈扭摆所造成的影响。文中还分析了温度波动使接收线圈实际位移量与激光干涉测长值不符而产生的误差。
This article describes some of the issues that have been considered and addressed in the mechanical design of a 30 MHz standard cut off attenuator, namely, resolving the contradiction between the exact geometrical shape and the precise radius dimension for a cut waveguide, a transmission mechanism that is compatible with the laser length measurement accuracy , To strengthen the rigidity of the inner sleeve to reduce the influence of the receiving coil with respect to the excitation coil when measuring. The paper also analyzes the error caused by temperature fluctuation that the actual displacement of the receiving coil does not match with the length of laser interferometer.
