1 概况 京杭大运河的淮安至江都段,原称里运河,全长128km,始凿於公元前468年。新中国成后,两岸进行了大规模的复堤及中埂切除工程,使其成为我省灌溉、行洪、航运等综合利用的骨干河道之一。 里运河的现状是:两岸堤顶高程11.5~12.0m,堤顶宽6~12m,河底宽50~70m,河底高程2m左右,基本上达到二级航道标准,输水能力达到400多m~3/s。淮水经沙庄电站进入本河段;江水从江都抽水一、二、三、四站进入本河段,并通过沙庄引江闸和淮安抽水站送水北上。本河段东堤有直接引水的闸洞26座;西堤闸洞7
1 Overview The Grand Canal of Huai’an to Jiangdu section, formerly known as the Canal, a total length of 128km, the first cut in 468 BC. After the new China was completed, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait carried out a large-scale embankment dike and the removal of the Zhongli Project, making it one of the key waterways for comprehensive utilization of irrigation, flood control and shipping in our province. The status quo of the Rim Canal is that the embankment elevation of both banks is 11.5 ~ 12.0m, the width of embankment is 6 ~ 12m, the width of river bottom is 50 ~ 70m and the elevation of river bottom is about 2m, which basically meets the standard of secondary channel and the water delivery capacity reaches more than 400 m ~ 3 / s. Huai River flows into the reach of this section via Shazhuang Power Station. The river flows into the present section through pumping stations 1, 2, 3 and 4 from Jiangdu and goes northward through Shazhuang Drainage Gate and Huai’an Pumping Station.
