本文报告我院自1988、4～1991、4,178例眼内异物住院患者中,52例异物位于眼球内后部,占29.2%。其中49例采用了5种不同的手术方式:(1)X线摄片定位,常规经巩膜取出异物。(2)间接检眼镜直视定位法。(3)显微镜下直观磁棒接力取出法。(4)自睫状体平部直接夹取或吸取法。(5)经前房取出法,对合并白内障,玻璃体混浊,视网膜脱离的病例采用了不同的联合术式,减少了后路摘出时所引起的并发症。
This article reports our hospital since 1988,4 ~ 1991,4,178 cases of intraocular foreign body inpatients, 52 cases of foreign body located in the posterior eye, accounting for 29.2%. 49 cases of which used five different surgical methods: (1) X-ray positioning, the routine removal of foreign body through the sclera. (2) indirect ophthalmology direct positioning method. (3) under the microscope direct magnetic rod relay method. (4) Clipping or aspiration from the ciliary body directly. (5) The anterior chamber extraction method, combined cataract, vitreous opacity, retinal detachment cases using a different combination of surgery, reducing the posterior complications caused by the removal.
