目的探讨氟化泡沫在小儿龋齿预防保健中的应用效果。方法选取黄石市妇幼保健院2016年1月—2017年1月行牙齿保护幼儿100例,按照随机数字表法将幼儿分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组幼儿接受假氟化保护牙齿,研究组幼儿接受氟化泡沫保护牙齿。比较两组幼儿龋齿、再矿化发生情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组幼儿龋齿发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05)。研究组幼儿牙齿再矿化发生率为40.0%,高于对照组的22.0%(P<0.05)。研究组幼儿不良反应发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的10.0%(P<0.05)。结论使用氟化泡沫可有效预防小儿龋齿,加快牙齿再矿化。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluorinated foam on prevention and care of pediatric dental caries. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 100 children with dental care were selected from Huangshi Maternal and Child Health Hospital. According to the random number table, the children were divided into control group and study group, 50 cases in each group. The control group of children received fake fluoridation of teeth, and the study group of children received fluoride foam protection of teeth. The incidence of caries, remineralization and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of dental caries in the study group was 10.0%, which was lower than 40.0% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of dental remineralization in study group was 40.0%, which was higher than that in control group (22.0%, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.0%, lower than that of the control group (10.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion Fluorinated foam can effectively prevent pediatric caries and accelerate tooth remineralization.
