铝合金中的铋、铜、铅的分析,均采用化学分离法及极谱法分别单项进行测定。而我们厂所用的ZL19号铝合金,含硅9.5~11.5%,铜0.65~0.95%,铅0.45~0.95%,铋0.25~0.50%,铁<0.5%。其中,铋、铜、铅分析,操作繁杂费时,远不能满足生产上尤其是炉前分析的要求。我们采用铂球镀银沾汞的汞膜电极及75-3A快速极谱仪。在30%的氯化钙底液中同时测定铋、铜、铅这三个元素,波形良好(见
Aluminum alloy bismuth, copper, lead analysis, were separated by chemical separation and polarographic determination of individual items. The ZL19 aluminum alloy used in our factory contains 9.5-1.5% of silicon, 0.65-0.95% of copper, 0.45-0.95% of lead, 0.25-0.50% of bismuth and <0.5% of iron. Among them, bismuth, copper, lead analysis, complicated and time-consuming operation, far from meeting the requirements of production, especially in front of the furnace. We use platinum ball mercury silver mercury electrode and 75-3A fast polarizer. In 30% of the calcium chloride at the same time determination of liquid bismuth, copper, lead these three elements, good waveform (see
