为平衡学校间的生源,促使学校均衡发展,教育行政部门采取了许多相关政策。然而,这些政策的执行结果没有完全达到政策追求的目标,在某些方面有失真现象。本研究从对学校生源均衡系列政策的分析入手,审视其失真的方面,并对规避政策的失真做了一些总结性分析。
In order to balance the sources of students among schools and promote the balanced development of schools, the education administration department has adopted many relevant policies. However, the implementation of these policies did not fully meet the policy pursuit goal and was in some ways distorted. This study starts with the analysis of the series of policies on student income balance, examines the aspects of its distortion, and makes some concluding analyzes on the distortion of avoiding policies.
