哈尔滨同记股份有限公司是以原国营同记商场为基础组建的。同记商场创于1907年,是一家历史悠久的老字号。1937—1955年是以民族资本家为主,吸收商场职员入股的股份制企业,1955年—1966年改为公私合营的股份制企业。自1987年3月试行以公有制为主体的股份制以来,经商场同仁奋力探索,知难而进,已取得可喜成绩。当前的主要问题是如何从企业自身和从宏观管理上加以改进,使之向规范化方向发展,以便更好地发挥股份制机制的作用。现将我们调查的情况和改进意见整理于下,以供探讨。
Harbin Tongji Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of the original state-owned Tongji Mall. Tongji Shopping Center was founded in 1907 and is a long-established brand. From 1937 to 1955, it was a joint-stock enterprise that was based on national capitalists and absorbed market staff in shares. From 1955 to 1966, it was changed to a public-private partnership. Since March 1987, the public ownership system was adopted as the main body of the joint-stock system. Since the shopping malls have been striving to explore and overcome difficulties, gratifying results have been achieved. The current major issue is how to improve the company itself and the macro management so that it can be developed in the direction of normalization so as to better play the role of the shareholding system. We will now collate the situation and suggestions for improvement of our investigations for discussion.
